Valparaíso, Chile 1933. Two school girls, Elisa and Rebecca, form an unlikely friendship, united by a love of music and art. As the school year passes, their bond becomes deeper, and their childish kisses become spurred on by lust. Their recklessness leads to separation, with Elisa taken back home to start intensive therapy with a doctor who later becomes her husband.

Years on, Elisa is living a seemingly happy life, teaching music and keeping house by the seaside. Her tranquility is shaken when Rebecca returns to town, a worldly woman on the forefront of the suffragette movement.

Rebecca slowly coaxes Elisa back out into the world, awakening a desire that cannot be repressed by convention. This riveting romantic story will sweep you away with its simmering passions and undeniable chemistry of its striking leads.
